OP is lying and minimizing the reason her kids were taken away. The child she wants to take back in would be better off in foster care than with her.

It shouldn't matter, Mouse. Given that her rights were apparently involuntarily term'd relating to an abuse case, she's about the last person in the country that they'd place the child with.

She's also the last person (next to the abusive father) that they should even be discussing the child with.

DCF has already spoken:

...now dcf is involved because of the prior call and they say she cant come here.she could live with my boyfriend but I cannot be living here.lol!!! I try to talk to dcf in all states involed and none of them really want to talk to me. they don't seem to have the time to place my girl where she should be and that is reunited with her mother. she will be here tomorrow and I don't want to get in trouble or her go to a foster group home.this is nuts, I don't know what to do

OP, you need to get it out of your head that you will EVER be reunited with your child while they are still a child. It's clear that you are being far less than truthful (both to us, and to yourself) about your own involvement in what REALLY happened to the child and why she was taken away from you. She was taken away from you for a reason, and DCF has already made it abundantly clear that, for that same reason, they will prevent you from ever being allowed to care for the child again. If you were meant to be reunited with your child, DCF would have already made that happen. Instead, they terminated your parental rights. Take that as a sign and MOVE ON.
