What is the name of your state? FL
19 yr old still living at home with parents, driving vehicle registered to parents, listed as driver on parents insurance, causes accident with injury. No BI insurance. Vehicle seized at crash for felony possession with intent to sell drug charges, as well as charged with the accident. Parents purchase vehicle back from Police, parents pay traffic citation and court costs for drug charges.
Can the parents also be held responsible if a civil suit is filed?
