What is the name of your state? MA\

Last week, I accidently parked in the handicapped parking spot in Waltham, MA, and when I returned after just 10 minutes, I'd already received a $100 ticket!! Is there any way that I can completely avoid paying this ticket or atleast a part of it?

Do appeals work at all? What's a good way to appeal so that my ticket may be cancelled?

Please reply asap!!

If you parked in a handicapped spot and were not eligible to park in a handicapped spot, then you are guilty of parking in a handicapped spot without being eligible to park in a handicapped spot.

Pay the ticket.

BTW, how does one "accidentally" park somewhere?
