What is the name of your state? Texas

My nephew is on parole and right now he is living in a different county than the one he is suppose to live in. His PO doesn't know and I was just wondering if he will go to jail if his PO finds out?

Sounds like that could be a jailable violation since it shows he has no intention of co-operating.

That's what I thought but I was hoping the idiot wouldn't go to jail. He won't listen to reasoning so maybe jail is what he needs.

I would think that if it is in the same state, then he wouldn't get in trouble if he tells his PO ASAP that he moved/or say that he is moving at the end of the week or something. My friend is dealing with a similar situation but he had to move to a different state. As long as he tells his PO. The worst thing that you can do is hide something from them and then they find out later.
