Yikes! Just looked at the bank account and the patent office charged me twice for my utility application. There are two pending charges for $515. Is this somehow normal? I know that Paypal sometimes shows two pending charges for the same thing and then just one is actually charged-but my bank account never does this...

I hope it fixes itself or we will have hundreds, and I mean hundreds, of dollars in overdraft charges. Can't imagine it would be easy to have the PTO reimburse me for that...

Is it easy to find the number on the PTO site for these types of problems? Does it take all day to get in touch with them?

The USPTO will not refund amounts of twenty-five dollars or less unless a refund is specifically requested. (See 37 CFR 1.26(a).)

All requests for refunds should be sent to:

Whom should I contact regarding any invoice-related questions?
