Patent owner w/ 1st Licensee... Needs advice.



I own a new U.S. Patent that appears to be quite valuable. Our corporation has already signed our 1st license agreement with a Fortune 500 company. Now, we need a 'bridge loan' to maintain momentum as we negotiate new license agreements. I would appreciate advice on the best way to obtain a 'bridge loan'; e.g. banks, S&L's ?

Take your business plan down to a bank that loans money to small businesses, and go from there.
