California. Ok, finally got the "Patent Pending" status and the filing date. Now I need some help/advice on where to look or steps to take, if I wanted to get my product made (prototype or mass production). Where can I find the right manufacturer for my product and how to approach the marketing of my product. I know that this is off the patenting advice, but maybe someone knows of some sites, books, numbers, etc. that will help in this. Thanks in advance for any replies. Also, I think I already know the answer to this question, but I'll ask it anyways. If I get a foreign manufacturer (ex. China) should I get a patent application (PCT) for China. I assume because there are no laws against that manufacturer selling my product/invention in China (when I just have a US Patent Pending status). Thanks.
