We are in process of adopting 3 siblings in MA, need to know if the paternial (non adjudicated) aunt comes into play, after already being told she is not a viable member for adoption, what fight do we have. We have the kids in excess of 6 months, been in state care for 2 years. Grown and thrived.

bonded with child???

She has to prove to the court that there has been a relationship/bond with the children before the courts will deem her eligible. It also needs to be proven that if she does get any visitation then it will be beneficial to the children to have a relationship with this person. The out come has to benefit the child first.
The aunt should volunteer for a back ground check if it deemed she can have visits and contest the adoptons.
Check out Family law with maternal grandparents rights, it will also apply to the aunts and uncles.
Good luck.
