I wish to withdraw a paternity petition that was filed when my daughter was born. Old boyfriend in jail and I no longer want to prove he is the father nor do I wish to have anything to do with him.Can I do this and how?
You probably can but he could turn around and file a paternity petition himself. He has the right to know, so does the child, whether or not he's the father.
