My son lives in WI & may or may not be the father of a child his old girlfriend will be giving up for adoption to her Aunt & Uncle, from another state. She has not been definitive on the child's paternity. What are his rights & how does he go about having paternity tests done? He does not want to interfere with the adoption but wants to be sure one way or the other in case the child ever had any health emergencies in the future, the fact would already be established.
