Me and My fiance have a child, I am sure that she is mine, however, my fiance's ex-boyfriend is trying to get a paternity test, and has filed papers with the court trying to get her to pay for the test and his attourney fee's upwards of 1700 dollars, me and my fiance cant afford a attorny and we dont know what to do... we were thinking about taking a paternity test on our own, because we could get it done cheaper, but i'm worried that we would still end up paying the attorney fee's. and possibly paying for a 2nd test.
