Michigan. A friend of mine works for a non union Heating and Cooling company. The company has been nit picking his work for the past 6 months, no write ups, they made everyone start wearing uniforms also or they would get fired. My friend went to pick up his paycheck last week and they had cut him $2 an hour on his check. They were making cut backs. They had done this months ago to another employee that had been there for years also. No notice or discussion or anything, can they legally do this?
