What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado
I work as a weekend relief chef for several years now and have received $1 more per hour for this position and a lower rate of pay for general deli work during the week. The company has decided that my position as a chef no longer requires certification so they lowered my pay to the general deli rate. I was not notified of this change. They also put my chef position up for grabs to anyone that has seniority over me since the position no longer requires certification. Do I have any recourse?
