Paybacks are hek

Okay , I'm silly. I was involved with a man for 8 years, two of which were L/D so I thought I knew him pretty well. He kept wanting to marry me but I refused. (I am a widow x2) so thats kinda not cool. At any rate we lived together for 6 1/2 years. Of that I supported him for 4 years. I loaned money to him, his mother. About 18 months ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer and under went extreme chemo for a year.When it appeared I was not going to improve, he walked out on me. Taking my car without my consent. However after extenseve surgery I am now cancer free (YEA!!!). But in the meantime I am having to pay two morgages plus insurance on this car. I have all the documentation to prove I supported him, our house etc. Since July 1998 to July 2000 ( not including his insurance payments) he has accurded about $20,000.00 in monies that he owes me. I do have all the documentation on this. Because I have been sick, I have no resourses left.....stocks , bonds , savings all gone. Is there any help here, all he does is laugh.

Ilive in Nebr but own a house (ours and when the debts were accumilated) in Utah, we lived there 2 yrs, he now lives in PA) My name and my name only is on all the debts.

Well, the first thing to do is call the police and report the car as stolen. He took it without consent and will not return it.

Then, if you have any money, retain an attorney and file a claim against him. He will not be laughing when you start legal procedings. No, you may not get any money back, but you can make his life hell for the next 20 years as you strip him of everything he has and will have.
