I live in Poland with my son, and the father lives in Connecticut. I want to know who determines how much child support is paid in this case, whether it is Poland or the US. if anybody has ever dealt with an issue like this, let me know.

Were you with him in CT or he with you in Poland? Was there a marriage, divorce? How long has the child been a resident there, born or brought?
