Hi Everyone,
I wanted to gauge everyones thoughts on this matter. Traffic citation's that are being handed out in california appear to be using a form as decribed as Exhibit "F" page 36 in the document above. Exhibit "G" looks very close as well.
However there are a couple fields that are omitted and don't match that are not labeled "Subject To Change / Modification" per the document.

I know that a Signed form that is Under Penalty of Perjury is a valid complaint for a Traffic Ticket but only on an Approved form from the document above Correct? Where is the line drawn for modification the Citing Agency's ticket?
