What is the name of your state? Oregon.
June 23. 2003 I was a pedestrian in a store parking lot and was hit by a car. I am being told that because it was an intentional act none is responsible for my medical bills, loss of wages or pain and suffering. I am still being treated for the injuries. My time to file is running out and I need to know if the insurance company is right. The person who hit me stated to the courts that she did not mean to hit me she meant to only scare me. she was convicted of assault

You need to sue the driver of the vehicle. If her insurance company isn't going to cover it, then you need to go after her.

Just because the insurance company is denying the claim doesn't mean she gets off the hook.

Good luck!
