We have a retired lady in Apt 8 of 10 apartments, with nothing better to do than to spend MANY hours peeping and Narqing (I hate that word) to the police.
2 days ago I had the local phone company check out my DSL connection, it was running slow...reason: two additional connections were made to my connection. I am assuming they went to Apt 8 and Apt 2, who is Apt 8s daughter. Also, there was a funky connection on Apt #4's phone line. Tonight, Male in Apt 4 was arrested, spousal abuse. The fights usually happen after he smokes a little out of a glass pipe. Soon after, a policeman comes to the door of my retired lady neighbor hands him a disk.
One day I was watching some legal porn on my WebTV with the sound off. Once MPEG was loaded and started playing, I could hear the ACTION/Sound through my wall from #8's apartment. Once I came out of the shower and choose a skimpy pair of underwear to put on, as soon as I pulled the wear out of the dresser, I could hear #8 & #3 laughing histerically. Once, I tested them again. There was a piece of ham on the counter I had just cut, but fell off of the plate, with a fly on it. I ate it. I could hear the women saying oooo yuck.
If #8 got a cam pic of me in my restroom smoking a joint, or any other drug, could that be used as evidence?
I am a male. If I got caught peeping at women neighbors, I think I would get arrested.
What do I do?
Otherwise I love my apartment, right next door to where I work, with a Great View of Mount Rainier...I don't want to move.
