What is the name of your state? connecticut

my divorce case was dismissed on may 23rd because my soon to be ex-wife's lawyer failed to file the case management paperwork which was due on may 5th. the case has yet to be reopened. am i still responsible for the pendente lite court orders since the case has been technically dismissed? i was planning to pay the child support but have an issus in paying the alimony. she refuses to work, even though she is fully capable to work in the "at-home" day-care, in order to fair better in the alimony and child support. based on her decision not to work, i pay child support, alimony, the mortgage, car payment and insurance. i only found out that the case was dismissed after i had made the full payments for the months of may and june. am i required to make any payments if the case was dismissed. will the court hold me in contempt for not making the alimony payments even though the case was dismissed at the time? can I subtract the alimony dating back from may 23 of $100 a week off of this total monthly payment?
