Pending asylum case

Hi. I have a question. I applied for asylum 2 year ago and my case was administratively closed without interview. Right now I married and my boyfriend has pending asylum case. We are from different countries. The question is if we will add me to his pending case, will he have any problems because of me? Will both of us get green card if it will be granted?! Thank you
