hi I live in pa and after 23 years i have had it with wife I filed for divorce and it was enterd march 30th 2001. my wife informs me that she will not sign the papers ever she also filed for spousal support and pendent lite' Question what can I do if she does not want to sign divorce papers do i have to wait the 2 years and how long will she get pendant lite'. Will she be able to get support after the 2 years.
I make 37,000 a year. she makes 19,200 a year without overtime. Also I am taking over the house and all its bills she is not paying any of the marital bills Please help!

Try speaking with a divorce attorney in your state (www.attorneypages.com). Perhaps they can help you locate help to get this done. When one party becomes this difficult, the court may need to step in and grant an ex parte decision if it is so warranted/allowed.
