What is the name of your state? PA

My friend has given me general power of attorney of his vehicle. Now he is in India since last 1 year and I am having this vehicle with me. Since I have to travel back to India I need to sell this car.

I want to know - if I am selling this vehicle for say $3500 what will be the tax implecations of this transaction?

Any advice??
