How do you get rid of people that are living in a foreclosured house that don't belong there. These people are stealing the aluminum off the other house that is next door that is also in foreclosure.

I am a neighbor that lives a few houses down. It's trouble that is in this house. I phoned the police of the aluminum incident, but I know the police can't remove anyone without proof.

You don't remove anyone. You have no standing. Keep calling the police if you see illegal activities - nothing more you can do.

i dont see why you couldnt call or write and tell them there are people in the house that they might not know about. but doesnt that mean they have to do anything or that you have an legal ground to take any action.
