What is the name of your state?Nevada.

I have a small judgment, (650.00), and it seems the only way to get my money will be to perfect a lien on the party's modual home in Reno, Nevada. I am not sure if modular homes are not under the control of the DMV. Would like any advice on this matter...thanks.
