Katy, you have hit the nail on the head and expressed it better than I did. Good job.

I wish it were that simple, but the school can't do anything unless there is a rule. Suprisingly, most students at my school agree that there shoulld be a rule against spraying perfume.

You still haven't explained why you're looking for information about laws, which implies at least state-wide applications, when all you're trying to accomplish is to establish a school rule.

If all you want is a school rule, you start by going to your principal. Failing that, you talk to the school board.

well...

(HealthDayNews) -- For all you men who have a perfume or cologne allergy, here's a free, money-saving method to cure yourself:

Grow a beard!

This I realize is hard for boys in puberty, but theres a chance, hormones be running loose.

For the ladies... you won't be able to grow a beard till after menopause. sorry.

I had a co-worker that bathed in Obsession... which is what this topic seems to be for you earthgirl... I hated it and got headaches... I spoke to her, and she did not realize she reeked. She had become desensitized to it and finally layed off the sprayer. But she was an adult, not a teenager. I feel for ya kid. I do.
