What is the name of your state? California

Well, quick update, We went back to court and wa-la, I have gained fridays now and mondays starting in January. :D ! and The child support did go down- by 349.00 a month- we all knew I was paying way too much. But here is my question now. We were in a heavy debate about how much my daughters mother makes- she said 3459 per month, and the judge looked at her paystubs and found out that she actually makes 4101.00 a month- needless to say he was a little upset. Then we got into a battle about the team award that she recieves every year- The judge asked how much she got in her bonus and if it was a sure thing every year- Yes it is a sure thing and she said it was about 150-200. We just got her financial records her team bonus last year was 1888.43 and every year she has had her job it has been over 1000.00.
Here's my question- Can I call her on perjury? How do I prove it? and what are the chances that anything will be heard in court?--- Her Lie is in the transcripts. We go back to court again in April. How do I approach the judge with this information- should I write a letter and send him a copy of her financials?
Thank you all for your help

Honestly pretty much nothing. Yes she broke a law that is often threatened against people but rarely enforced. You don't want to look petty but keep it put away and be sure to bring it up when there is an oppurtunity. Remember to pick your battles you won this round and the judge already knows shes liar. The only way I see for you to possibly get it in is to try to file it for future use as to be put in the file for evidence stating that you are sorry but you just received it. The judge will remember what she said vs what proof you have but there may not be a point you don't want the judge to think you are petty. I say pray that she appeals. although not likely. If not keep it for future use. Good Luck

The DA's office has to file perjury charges. Its highly unlikely that you could get a DA to cooperate in this situation. They just don't have the time or the resources.

Thank you for you replies. I will make sure that when the financial records are looked over in April that we make sure that the transcripts are there. Thanks again!
