What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?California,Faced with going to trial in 8-10 days. But asked arttorneyto file for dismissal due to victims and witnesses making statements which clearly contradict their prior statements under penalty of perjury, to the criminal court, family court DA's victimadvocates, etc. all related to what thery say I actually have done, or not. First told the police and DA advocate I said "I'm going to kikll you", then "I'm going to kill all of you", in various ways, and now at pre-lim one swears I made no threats , another states that they never heard any threats at all, and the primanry "victim" is stating I said only "you all are going to get it" and nothing more. All signed under penalty of perjury in the differents courts and DA office, and verbally sworn to tell the truth on the stand in court, Shouldn't my lawyar file for motion to dismiss? They are currently swearing to my not saying "I'm going to kill you" therefore the original statement to the police officer and then subsequent law enforement /legal entities ,all made in anger are lies. What should I do? Also based on lies from these same people , the first DDA in court during arraignment told the court very bad lies , all based on what these victims/witnesses told her, and without her checking tosee if any of it was true, such as prior arrests for threatening school officaials, threatening to blow upo a hospital ,etc, she told this to the judge and my bail wasn't reduced , nor alowed OR, but actually increased , putting it further beyond my ability to obtain,. and this allowed the opposing players involved (victims/witnesses) to go to my house and remove much of the evidence that would overwhelmingly prove my innocense as well as their own guilt and conspiracy.therefore the actions of the Dep DA allowed removal of evidence, tampering with same, and PREJUDICE the court against me , evident by increasing bail for me, someone with no priors , medical professional , etc Possible to shut them down fast and hard , to teach a lesson?
