What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

(Please note that this is also posted in Business Bankruptcy as I was not sure where this would be more relevant)

My husband and I filed for chap 7 bankruptcy and were discharged Jan 2010. We each had personal debt (no debt with both of our names) and he also had debt from his LLC business.
We thought our discharge would relieve us of our debts but we are now being pursued under his business, as some debts were in both his name and his business name.
Our Bankruptcy lawyer NOW informs me that we should have closed the business.
We spent money this year on a website to try to generate business and opened a bank account (only about $300 total) and have done some work under his business since our discharge.

OK. So now we have filed with state to dissolve business.

File with state for new business entity/tax ID because we need to continue to earn a living.

Speak with creditor (Chase) and inform them that we have closed that business that accrued the debt. He looks at website (that we are in process of shutting down) to say we are still in business.

I don't know how to proceed from here. We filed bankruptcy because we couldn't handle our debt. We cannot handle this debt from Chase either, but also need to still earn a living.

Business has not assets and we do not have any $ to file bankruptcy for the business.

what do I do now?

Thank you for your input.
