If you search me you will find the reference for this question(senators son owes me money). Too long to tell it all over again. My question: How does a person go about getting someones SS#? I do not want it to do him damage, I want it so I can get my money he owes me. My attorney has requested it through SS and the BMV but as of yet she has not heard from either of them. He is currently driving on an expired CDL (still driving a truck). They have attached a garnishment but without his SS# my attorney cannot notify his current employer (unless his employer having his SS# will toss up a red flag with the state??). I think he might be getting paid cash, using a different SS#, having the checks put in his wifes name...ETC.. We knew where he was living but he was evicted and the last place we saw him was @ his inlaws which is down the street from his Senator daddy. Any suggestions to my initial question?? I am in INDIANA
