If I set up an s corporation in Michigan, what is my personal liability for errors and omissons as a home inspector (which is kind of a "land mine" business). Can I be personally sued, or only the corporation. Does anything change if the corporation has no assets. Does errors and omissions insurance protect me personally or does it make me a "law suit target" by having it. Need help on this! Thank you!!
