What is the name of your state?
Michigan

March 2003 W filed/served a bogus PPO against me, she lied to the udge, and she abused the system. 6 months later, i filed/protested this order, and the judge threw it out.

Now, during background checks, something shows up, and this has prevented me from getting certain jobs.

IS there any way that i can get this 100% off and out of my record?? And, is there some charges that i can file against this bogus PPO, even 9if it's soemthing against my wife??

I can/will honestly admit, i never layed a hand on her, in any physical/abuse way.

thank you

Bogus PPO

Michigan...

I don't know what to say.

I've also had a bogus PPO filed against me. The girl has lied to the court and has abused the system to prevent me from visiting my friends at college and to prevent me from keeping my summer job. I lost my hearing this morning because the judge blindly misinterpreted one statement I made BEFORE the order was served and used it against me because I am a guy and she is a girl, therefore, there is no way she can hurt me, right? Wrong. Any advice anyone has would be very helpful.
