What is the name of your state? California

this is the same set of circumstances/people as my post from earlier today, but is specific to the dog. We do not have a "pet agreement adendum". I haven't been able to find one. Is there a certain amount of "notice" required if I want the dog gone? Any idea?

thanks again!

**A: dog gone it, post to your initial thread. Do not start a new one on the same subject matter. It's confusing. Sort of like if a dog lifts his leg to pee on a fire hydrant, and the hydrant shoots back.
