What is the name of your state? PA
Back in March, I had a PFA placed on the father of my daughter. We were not married. Anyway, I allowed at the time to have on the PFA, that the father be allowed "supervised visitation" on Sundays from 9 to 5.

How enforceable is a PFA Order in regards to visitation?

Do I have to order a modification of the PFA just like a regular court ordered visitation?

He is giving me a hard time. I want to work things about and be flexible, which I have been, but he is trying to keep me to the every Sunday. I have allowed it to be unsupervised and allowed other days, but thinking if he can't be flexible as I have been with him, that I can go back to enforcing that order.

Any legal advice on this would be appreciated.

its just like a regular order, you dont have to give him any extra time or allow him to have unsupervised visitation, but you do have to stick to every sunday 9-5. if he doesnt want to be flexible, then you dont have to either.

Do you have a current custody/visitation order aside from the PFA? Custody/Visitation orders usurp PFA orders in PA, so if your original CO is different from the PFA you should file for a modification ASAP.

No, I do not have a Custody Order or anything other than the PFA Order. I have no support order either. He voluntarily pays $50 a week. Big deal. I missed so much work to have him convicted, etc. He is on probation for 2 years as of Feb. with "No Contact Order". I need so much legal help it isn't even funny. House in both names, but I am paying the full mtg. and he wants $50k. He is just doing all of this to get his way back with me.

I will never be a victim again. It has been the most wonderful 7 months of my life free from being abused, which lasted 14 years.

Sorry for the issues not for this forum. Just had to blow some steam.
