What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO

I'm sure I already know the answer to this one but I'm gonna ask cause if its allowed it would help me out allot.

If a picture is taken by another photographer, not buy you or one working for you, the image is not allowed to be used, unless consent is given, am i correct? These days people are just copy and pasting pictures everywhere lol.

Murder has been against the law for several thousands of years. But that hasn't slowed it down any.
