What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

Our homeowner's association has decided to put playground equipment in the common area. We do not have a general liability policy covering the HOA. What liability issues do we need to concern ourselves with? If we post that the area is for homeowner's/members only and each homeowner signs a waiver, will this release us from liability? Thanks

**A: no it won't. Consult your HOA attorney.
