After interviewing several attorneys regarding my DUI charge I have decided that the money and time to fight it is not worth it. If I am just going to plead guilty do I need an attorney? I am in California

I am not from California, but I am assuming that this is your first. If it is see about getting a diversion (if you do you won't need an attorney) Talk to the prosecuter (they don't bite)

Look up your statute in this forum the number should be listed on your ticket, then you will know more about the laws that govern your state and what your up against. If you do not know how to do this please reply and I or someone else will direct you.

Good luck to you
Bini.
