Please Help Think my step sons were given up for addoption without consent

My boyfriend has 3 children with another woman this woman was preganent with a set of twins which were delivered in Sep. of 08 we dont know the date as she refuses to give us any infomatiomn about anything we think that she has given them up for adoption saying that she either did not know who the father was or lied about who the father was so i need to know what steps we need to take to find out if this lady has given the babies away what kind of papers we would need to file to have a DNA test done. We wanted these babies and she refused to give us any information on the delivery or about the children at all we have been searching for them scence before they were born calling hospitals to find out if she had been addmited or a patient there or anything this has gone on scence September of 08. We arent rich people but we do have the means to support these babies. The one daughter she also refuses to let us see because he refused to marry her when she wanted so we are seeking visation at the very least for her and full custidy of the twins when ever we may find them.

If the boyfriend had been concerned about preserving his rights, Texas has a paternal registry which must be consulted in possible adoptions where no father is named.

As for the child that already exists, OP doesn't mention cs (which I'm sure if it was ordered she'd be going on about it) so boyfriend maybe hasn't even bothered to establish paternity with that one...

Just let bf handle his own issues. Your involvement could cause more damage than good.
