What is the name of your state? Lafayette La

I am buying a double wide and because of problems with the park manager I want to walk away. The problem is my mother is the co-signer. I moved in this mobil home 8 years ago. Is there anyway to walk away without it effecting my mother credit ???????

yes, sell it, rent it, or refinance it into your name. If you just walk away from it and dont make payments, your moms credit will definetely be affected. WHoever is on the note will be held responsible. What do you think a cosigner is there for????

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

I would like to have your permission to use a copy of your post as an example when I mention or discuss "trailer trash" in other posts. May I?
