I refused treatment by the paramedic, they roughhed me up & even violated me, I spoke with the Police Chief of the city he told me that the paramedic could use as much force as they thought was neccessary. I filled out a complaint, went back a year later to do a follow up on the complaint no record was found that I had filled one what can I do legally so this happens to noone else!!!!!!!

I did provide enuff info, Only nosey people want more details. A LAWYER which u arent if he read something that caught his attention They would e-mail to further disscuss my issue. This board does not offer referrals by lawyers. This board is for people to get help with questions from VOLUNTEERS who may have legal knowledge or similar experiences. No one is going to email you about anything and if they do, they are violating the terms of service of this site.

With the obvious charm of the OP, I wonder if there are some facts missing as to why paramedics roughed up and violated the OP?

I also suspect the one year delay was due to incarceration. The treatment occurred in the course of arrest and no report, as the claim was frivolous. OP has now been released and is looking to sue.
