I have relationship w my boyfriend for 8 yrs then I caught him cheating so I left. I move to my present boyfriend, I didn't know I was pregnant w the ex. On my son birth certificated was unknown father BC me & my present boyfriend didn't get married. The ex didn't give my son anything since he was born, but he always told me if sth happen to me he'll take my son away. It's not fair for my present boyfriend BC he 's the one really care for my son.I also ask the ex give up his parental right. He always said YES but he never give it to me. He has g/f & they live together, but he still keep us hanging on. He didn't love my son, he just wants torn us apart.Please give me any advice

Advice for what? Establishing Paternity?, getting Child Support? Understanding what 'sth' means? What is it you want?

I'm sorry . I really don't know what to do .Can I & my present b/f adopt my son w/o the ex parental right ? The ex didn't work so I think I can't get his child support & I don't want involve w him. He said sth happen to me, it means if I'm disability or very illness or die,he will take my son. thanks for your reply.

Thank for your reply, but I still don't understand what u mean. I'm very confuse. What should I do now? Please tell me every detail. Step by step. I didn't know anything about law & I'm new at this board. Thanks again.

Unless you marry your boyfriend and the assumed father does give the child up for adoption, then there is nothing you can do. I suggest you avoid him..
