10 days ago I recived a letter from a collection agecy asking to pay them 3,100 due to teir client ( a therapy center )
I sent the agency a certified letter return recipt ( it was delivered 10 days ago) asking them to validate the debt and disputing the debt. The collector called me sreaming due to my letter. Today, in reviewing my credit file i noticed that they have reported the collection to Equifax. The reporting does not reflect (as I belive it should) that the account is being disputed. What should I do?

Just curious, you said 10 days ago you received a letter from a collection agency. You also said you sent a validation letter to them - received 10 days ago.

What post office are you using and where did they get the time machine?

The tradeline should be marked as 'in dispute' and any collection calls are NOT allowed until they validate the debt. Once you demand validation, continued collection activity MUST CEASE until they cough up the required proof.
