Hi. I and my friends are buying a house. The problem is, that their credit history were not good enough to get a loan by the program that we wanna go. Only my history was good. So we were approved to get a loan, but my name is not as a borrower, it goes as a co-borrower, and another person was listed as borroer. If it is possible, if it change anything( the interest rate, how it can be so, cose' I was the person who has a good score. Please, let me know, that person ( who is listed as a borrower), is a loan officer. I really need a fast respond. Thank you.

If your score is being used, then you should be the primary borrower. If they are not using the co-borrower's credit, then I believe the mortgage will only be in your name.

BE VERY CAREFUL.....You need to make sure YOUR NAME is on title.
