What is the name of your state?KY but kids are visiting in TN

:( Currently my ex has our kids and this is the first time he has had them in about 6 months. He does not have a home phone where I can contact them to see how they are or aleast tell them I love them and miss them. I have had so0o0o many problems from him before such as he would tell them I don't love them even claimed he would wreck his car with my son in it if I would not take him back. Since I could not prove either there is nothing I can do though. My problem now comes in to play as far as New Years night. He and his new wife have plans and unfortunately my kids are keeping him from that. He is trying to find someone in his family to watch them so that he can have some fun with his new wife. Basically he has a 6 month old baby with his new wife and they have a habbit of leaving that baby with a 13 and 8 yr old boy(The wife's brothers). I can not contact them to find out what if anything happens and I am just basically worried to death. Is there anything I can do to make sure my kids are not left with these kids in the middle of no where with no phone?!?!?
BY THE WAY... My daughter Hannah is only 6 and my son Matthew is only 4. :(

New Mexico.

If you are unsure about the safety of your children you might want to call the police department and ask them if they will do a welfare check on your children, or deliver a message to your ex. But I would find other means of communication, because you might open up another can of worms. You might be viewed as just trying to cause trouble. Another question is if he does not have a phone how are you able to know what is going on with him and his new wife? I don't know about your state but here in NM I believe that the age to stay at home alone or to babysit is 13.

answer.

The only reason why I know what has been going on is from having his sister physically go out there and actually right now they are under investigation for allegedly allowing or knowing of sexual acts going on between the older boys there. This is yet another reason for my concern of my kids safety but as I was told by the law, I can't do anything without proof or atleast until they get time to investigate the case.
