What is the name of your state? Texas and Missouri.
Mom is 81 and lives alone in Kansas , City Mo. She does not drive and does not have access to a computer. I am her son i live in Texas, i want to put in a nursing here. We have discussed this and she is receptive. I have papers for the release of medical records, there is a section about POA. What is the best way get POA as soon as possible to start move?

PS: The papers for records are from nursig home in Texas
