What is the name of your state? new jersey

I need some help regarding a policy I would like to change. If you were in an auto accident and have limited rights to sue can you change that to no limits. What I mean is Channing the policy so I do not have limitations

Sure, you can make the change to your policy. However, it will be effective for FUTURE accidents, not accidents that have already occurred.

It's different than what you have in PA. If you only purchased the basic policy, you have a limited right to sue. If you purchase the standard policy, you can apparently choose between the limited or the unlimited right to sue options.
