Pop-star threatens over website

I have recently been contacted by a law-firm representing Lindsay Lohan. I, a while back purchased the www.LindsayLohanSexTape.com as a joke. A blog of sorts. It is and always has been a joke. Recently they have contacted me threatenting with a lawsuit for "defamation, false advertising, and unfair business practices, among other torts. Furthermore, your unauthorized use of Ms. Lohan’s name and likeness constitutes trademark infringement and a violation of Ms. Lohan’s right of publicity."

They are calling for a cease and decist to the site. But the site offers nothing. There is no sex-tape. Never has been. She is a huge star and there are tons of sites (unautorized) which contain her likeness, and images. The site (www.lindsaylohansextape.com) is up in its current standing form. Nothing has been changed, and I have not posted to it for about 3 or 4 months. Can anyone inform me of my options? Where I stand, or what I might be able to do? Any help would be GREATLY appreaciated. Thanks in advance.
