hi, me and my friend were wondering about this today

the reason i ask is because i know that if you are under 18, you are allowed to have sex with others minors

if you are under 18, is it legal to have child pornography on your computer?

and by pornogaphy, i am referring to something like a picture of a girl showing her boobs, not sex

my friend and i argued over it for a little, so im here to prove him wrong.. or right (but hopefeully not)

Child pornography is illegal for anyone to possess.

i dont really understand why it would be like that though, lol you're allowed to have sex with people under 18 if your under 18, but you cant look at naked people under 18 if you're under 18? beh

doesn't make sense to me, but then again a lot of laws don't make sense to me

Just because a police officer can have a bag of cocaine on him in the line of duty, does not mean he can have it in his home off duty...
