What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
I am living in a home we leased. The owners filed bankrupcy and lost the home in foreclosure. The home was sold at auction back to the lender. We received a letter stating a date by which we must move. My question is: the previous owners purchased a portable building before they leased the home to us. They have stated that we may have the building in exchange for the deposit we paid them when we leased the home. Would the building be included as part of the property the lender has or is it considered the property of the former owners? Thank you for any help.

**A: good question. You better contact the foreclosing lender and find out.
