Balance,balance, it's the way to go. If the company (and its representatives) doesn't act in its own best interests, you don't have a freaking job no matter how nice and deserving you are. So those puppets may do what you want and is in your best interests or not, but they still have to represent the employer too. It just looks balanced to you if it goes in your favor and NOT if it doesn't .
