What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I'm a owner of a condo in an association. Currently the management of the association is internal with the board members. One unit owner is stating that the board is letting certain unit owners slide with their maintenance and not placing late fees or placing in collections. This unit owner is asking for copies of the maintenance checks these few unit owners. As a unit owner and a prior board member, I believe that this would be against the unit owners' privacy. The one unit owner does have the right to general ledgers, bank statements, ect. just like any other unit owner. Giving this person copies of the checks with signatures and bank accounts without prior permission of the checkholder would be a violation of privacy. I believe that the board would need to get the permission from the checkholder to give copies of the check. The account number and signatures should be blocked out at the very least. :)

I believe the children are our are future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. Show them all the beauty they possess inside. Give them a sense of pride, to make it easier - let the children's laughter, remind us how we used to be. Everybody searching for a hero, people need someone to look up to. I never found anyone to fulfill my needs. A lonely place to be. So I learned to depend on me.
